Kalyan (Allari Naresh), who works as police informer in Vizag, falls in love with Swapna (Sneha Ullal). Gangsters of Hyderabad, KP (Ahuthi Prasad) and JP (Jayaprakash Reddy) have rivalry with each other and works under the same don Nanda (Ashish Vidhyarthi), who lives in Bangkok. Nandha sets a plan to unite KP and JP. Nanda wants JP’s son (Subbaraju) should marry KP’s daughter (Sneha) to make them relatives. At the same time Kalyan is called by police to keep an eye on JP, KP and Nanda. Kalyan, with the support of Ali and drugs Ajay enters to Ahuthi Prasad’s house as JP’s son. Later how he put check to kp, jp and nandha and handover them to police forms the rest of the Madatha Kaja story.
